  • We are seeking a talented Learning & Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for conducting IAPs based on organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for conducting IAPs, including identifying target locations, scheduling sessions, and coordinating logistics.
  • Ensure active participation and engagement of attendees during IAP sessions through interactive presentations, Q&A sessions, and case studies.
  • Prepare regular reports on the number of IAPs conducted, attendance rates, feedback received, and outcomes achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote learning and development opportunities.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in the mutual fund distribution industry and learning and development field. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training, certifications, and professional development opportunities.


  • Graduate / Post graduate
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience, Freshers may also apply
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of mutual funds, financial products, and regulatory requirements is a plus
